The Soul Moves Through Ages

Just as the soul passes through childhood, youth, and old age in this body, similarly it passes into another body at death. The wise person is not bewildered by this.

Krishna introduces reincarnation not as a doctrine to accept but as an observable truth — the soul already moves through radically different bodies (child, youth, elder) within one lifetime. Death is simply one more such transition. The wise grieve at none of these changes.
